The home port of Ti-Bo I is Le Marin, Martinique in Martinique — you board there on check-in day and return the boat to the same berth.

A valid nautical licence is required to skipper Ti-Bo I yourself; local rules usually ask for a VHF certificate as well. Hiring a licensed skipper through us removes the requirement entirely.
