Yes — for a bareboat charter of Titan the skipper needs a valid sailing licence and, in most countries, a VHF radio certificate. If nobody in your crew holds one, you can add a professional skipper to the booking instead.
You can charter Titan from €1,319 for a week, with the exact rate set by the departure date — the on-page calendar always shows current, bookable prices.
