Charter from the Šibenik riviera and you're holding two aces. One is the Kornati: 89 bare, moon-grey islands where the sailing feels older than tourism, anchorages are lonely, and dinner is grilled fish at a konoba that runs on a generator. The other is the Krka river — you can take the boat itself up the canyon to Skradin and walk to the waterfalls before the coaches arrive. Marinas here (Mandalina, Frapa, Kremik) are among the most sheltered on the coast, and Primošten's vineyard hills make the approach home genuinely pretty. Buy the Kornati park ticket online before you go; it's cheaper than at the ranger boat, and rangers do check.
