Excess 11 | Sail Speed
Description
Launched in 2021, the Excess 11 catamaran Sail Speed sails out of Punta Asfodeli, Porto Rotondo, Italy and sleeps her guests across 6 cabins.
The layout of Sail Speed offers 6 cabins and 12 berths in total. Sail Speed comes with 2 toilets. Bed linen, pillows and blankets come with some boats and are rented at the base on others — ask us and we will tell you how it works on Sail Speed.
It also boasts an audio system and snorkel sets.
Sail Speed measures 37.17 ft with a 21.62 ft beam and carries 160 L of fuel alongside 300 L of fresh water — enough range for longer island-hopping routes.

Yes — for a bareboat charter of Sail Speed the skipper needs a valid sailing licence and, in most countries, a VHF radio certificate. If nobody in your crew holds one, you can add a professional skipper to the booking instead.

You board Sail Speed at 16:00 on departure day and hand her back by 08:30 at the end of the charter; earlier boarding can sometimes be arranged with the base directly.
Pick your dates in the availability calendar, review the total price and confirm online — Sail Speed is reserved for you the moment the booking is placed, with transparent pricing and no hidden fees.
