APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance)

is a fund paid in advance by the Client to cover expenses incurred during the charter, such as fuel, food and beverages, port fees, and other guest-related costs. The captain manages these funds and keeps detailed records of all expenditures. At the end of the charter, a full account is provided. Any unused balance is refunded to the Client, while additional expenses exceeding the APA amount are payable by the Client.

Flexible booking

gives you the freedom to cancel or rebook your charter up to 30 days before embarkation without providing a reason. The fee is 7% of the final charter price, and you can reschedule your holiday unlimited times at no extra cost or opt for a credit note if your new travel dates are not yet confirmed. If you choose to cancel, refund-related charges are reduced to 15% of the charter fee (minimum €350). The Flex Plan can be added within 72 hours of booking confirmation and is not available for bookings made within 30 days of embarkation.
