Sun Odyssey 440 Sandy (2022) — Piombino Charter

Description

Charter the Sun Odyssey 440 Sandy, a 4-cabin sailing yacht built in 2022 that starts every voyage from Marina Arcipelago Toscano, Piombino, Italy.

The layout of Sandy offers 4 cabins and 10 berths in total. There are 2 toilets on board. Sandy takes a maximum of 10 people on board. Bed linen, pillows and blankets come with some boats and are rented at the base on others — ask us and we will tell you how it works on Sandy.

It also boasts an audio system and outside speakers.

With a length of 41.5 ft and a beam of 14.07 ft, Sandy is powered by Yanmar 57 HP and carries 200 L of fuel and 530 L of fresh water — built for self-sufficient cruising on multi-day itineraries.

From Marina Arcipelago Toscano, Piombino the cruising grounds of Italy open up in every direction, so each day of your charter can look different: one for swimming stops, one for old town streets, one for a long downwind run.

Sandy has 4 cabins and sleeps up to 10 people — if everyone in your group wants a bed in a cabin, ask us how the berths are arranged. Up to 10 people can be on board Sandy in total.

The home port of Sandy is Marina Arcipelago Toscano, Piombino in Italy — you board there on check-in day and return the boat to the same berth.

Yes — for a bareboat charter of Sandy the skipper needs a valid sailing licence and, in most countries, a VHF radio certificate. If nobody in your crew holds one, you can add a professional skipper to the booking instead.

You can charter Sandy from 2,309 € for a week, with the exact rate set by the departure date — the on-page calendar always shows current, bookable prices.

You board Sandy at 18:00 on departure day and hand her back by 09:00 at the end of the charter; earlier boarding can sometimes be arranged with the base directly.

Pick your dates in the availability calendar, review the total price and confirm online — Sandy is reserved for you the moment the booking is placed, with transparent pricing and no hidden fees.
