Dufour 44 | Happy As
Description
Launched in 2004, the Dufour 44 sailing yacht Happy As sails out of Marina Izola, Izola, Slovenia and sleeps her guests across 4 cabins.
The layout of Happy As offers 4 cabins and 8 berths in total. Happy As comes with 2 toilets. Bed linen, pillows and blankets come with some boats and are rented at the base on others — ask us and we will tell you how it works on Happy As.
It also boasts an audio system and a flat screen TV.
Happy As measures 44.78 ft with a 13.91 ft beam and carries 100 L of fuel alongside 410 L of fresh water — enough range for longer island-hopping routes.
Marina Izola, Izola is one of the most popular yacht charter hubs in Slovenia — a launching point for exploring hidden coves, sun-drenched islands and UNESCO-listed coastal towns. Whether you plan a weekend sail or a two-week island-hopping adventure, it is the ideal base for your next sailing holiday.

Frequently Asked Questions
Happy As has 4 cabins and sleeps up to 8 people — if everyone in your group wants a bed in a cabin, ask us how the berths are arranged.
The home port of Happy As is Marina Izola, Izola in Slovenia — you board there on check-in day and return the boat to the same berth.
Yes — for a bareboat charter of Happy As the skipper needs a valid sailing licence and, in most countries, a VHF radio certificate. If nobody in your crew holds one, you can add a professional skipper to the booking instead.
You can charter Happy As from 1,596 € for a week, with the exact rate set by the departure date — the on-page calendar always shows current, bookable prices.
You board Happy As at 17:00 on departure day and hand her back by 09:00 at the end of the charter; earlier boarding can sometimes be arranged with the base directly.
Pick your dates in the availability calendar, review the total price and confirm online — Happy As is reserved for you the moment the booking is placed, with transparent pricing and no hidden fees.
