Yes — for a bareboat charter of Premium + the skipper needs a valid sailing licence and, in most countries, a VHF radio certificate. If nobody in your crew holds one, you can add a professional skipper to the booking instead.
You board Premium + at 10:00 on departure day and hand her back by 16:00 at the end of the charter; earlier boarding can sometimes be arranged with the base directly.
