Crew Change: The permanent disembarkation of passengers who boarded at the start of the journey is prohibited if it exceeds seventy-five per cent (75%). The fees associated with crew changes are set at €120, which covers water, electricity, and marina fees/services across all affiliate’s bases. For crew changes of less than 75%, an additional term can be added to the existing charter contract, allowing the process to avoid the need to visit any base for port procedures. If a new skipper is introduced, an extra charge ranging from €135 to €425 (for check-in/out fee) will apply, depending on the boat's size. This structured approach ensures compliance with port authority regulations while providing flexibility for charter clients regarding crew management.
