CREW CHANGE DURING THE CHARTER IS ALLOWED UP TO 75% OF TOTAL PASSENGERS. IF IT IS OVER 75%, IS CONSIDERED A NEW CHARTER AND NEW DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE MADE.
