    Menu 1 includes full board with breakfast, lunch and dinner and is designed with a strong focus on seafood throughout the week. Fish is served as individual portions of approximately 200–300 grams per person, providing a balanced and satisfying main course. In addition, calamari, octopus and shrimp are offered family-style at the table. The menu also features a rich selection of traditional Turkish meze, fresh salads, hot appetizers, olive-oil–based vegetable dishes, rice or pasta, with seasonal fruit or dessert depending on the daily menu. Soft drinks are included throughout the cruise and include still and spring water, along with a full selection of hot beverages such as filter coffee, espresso, Nespresso, Nescafé, Turkish coffee and other hot drinks. The Turkish breakfast includes bottled water, loose-leaf tea and tea bags, instant coffee, espresso and filter coffee if available on board, freshly squeezed orange juice and carton fruit juices, eggs and egg dishes prepared to personal preference, Turkish sausage, homemade bread varieties, assorted jams, honey, a wide selection of cheeses, seasonal fresh fruits, cereals, Nutella, mixed nuts and dried fruits, salami selections and plain yogurt.
